Join the Illinois Bar Foundation and Illinois Justice Corps as we show our gratitude to service members and their families by writing letters and crafting cards this Veterans Day.
Donations to support this activity are always appreciated. Proceeds from this event will benefit the statewide access to justice programs of the Illinois Bar Foundation. If you have any questions, please contact Stacey Meehan.
LETTER WRITING OPPORTUNITIES
Gather your community and write a letter or craft a card for a member of our military, thanking them for their service, and they will be included in care packages sent to troops via Operation Gratitude. You can drop off your letters and cards at any of our statewide Illinois JusticeCorps site locations listed below to be included in care packages. Drop Off Sites (open 9am to 5pm):
Bloomington-Normal, Champaign-Urbana, Chicago (Daley Center), Edwardsville, Galesburg, Joliet, Kankakee, Murphysboro, Peoria, Quincy, Rockford, Salem, Springfield, St. Charles, Sycamore, Waukegan, and Woodstock. Full addresses of our drop-off locations can be found here.
