ABOUT PATRICK SALVI
Patrick A. Salvi is the founder and Managing Equity Partner of Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard. The firm has 19 lawyers and is supported by more than 35 staff members in their Chicago and Waukegan offices. Under his leadership, the firm has obtained more than $2 billion in verdicts and settlements, including more than 315 cases with recoveries of over $1 million.
Mr. Salvi concentrates his legal practice in cases involving serious personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and mass torts. He has achieved numerous record-breaking jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients, including serving as lead counsel on the trial team that won an Illinois record high $148 million jury verdict on behalf of a young woman paralyzed at O’Hare Airport.
Mr. Salvi is a nationally recognized attorney who has been listed as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” since 2005. In 2017, Best Lawyers® named him the Plaintiff’s Personal Injury “Lawyer of the Year” in Chicago. Additionally, Mr. Salvi’s peers have selected him to the Illinois Super Lawyers Top 10 List every year since 2014 (out of 96,000 Illinois lawyers and all categories of law). Mr. Salvi is a former President of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. In 2021, he received the Illinois Trial Lawyers’ Lifetime Achievement Leonard M. Ring Award. Mr. Salvi currently serves as Chairman of the Notre Dame Law School Advisory Council.
Mr. Salvi and his wife, Lindy, have been married for 44 years and have 5 sons and 9 grandchildren.
