Over time the mission of the Bar Foundation expanded to support more lawyers with a wider variety of challenges needing support to help pay for day-to-day necessities when they no longer are able to support themselves and their families. With his dedicated involvement to this program, the fund was aptly named for Past IBF President, Warrant Lupel Lawyers Care Fund
