Stacey Meehan joined the Illinois Bar Foundation in January of 2021 as the Executive Director and Chief Development Officer. In her role, Stacey oversees the development and strategic direction of the Foundation and its programs. She also directs the Foundation’s fundraising, marketing, and community outreach across the state helping to expand the mission and take the organization to new heights.
Stacey brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit industry experience to the IBF with expertise in business development and fundraising, strategic planning, marketing strategy and event programing. During her career she has held several leadership positions, most recently as the Assistant Director of Development for the Children’s Place Association in Chicago. Additionally, she has also held leadership positions at the March of Dimes and the United Services Organizations (USO).
Stacey received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and Master in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management from George Mason University.
